Free Shipping to Canada for orders over $99 FREE SHIPPING in CANADA (for orders over $70). Orders are shipped 2-3 times per week from our Gibsons, BC warehouse.

Free Shipping to Canada for orders over $99 Canadian orders under $70 are shipped using Canada Post at a flat rate of $12.

Free Shipping to Canada for orders over $99 Canadian customers can purchase quantities under 1 case (eg 1 - 11 bags of Holy Crap) cereals on Amazon.ca 

USA Flag USA customers pay carrier calculated postage rates. There is a shipping calculator on our cart page where you can enter your zip code and preview the shipping cost before completing your order. Orders are shipped 2-3 times per week from our Gibsons, BC warehouse.

International orders - please email customer service to inquire about shipping rates to their country.

Orders are shipped 2-3 times per week.

Shipping Method

We ship orders within Canada and to the USA via Canada Post. (We reserve the right to ship via another carrier.) Typically orders will arrive within 4-9 business days in Canada and 7 - 12 days to the USA.

Orders within Canada and to the USA are shipped from Gibsons, BC, Canada.

Food products and not subject to taxes in Canada. Taxes are applied to taxable items and on applicable shipping costs at check out. 

Orders outside Canada may be subject to other taxes, customs, and duties imposed by your local government. Holy Crap is not responsible for any additional taxes, duties or customs fees charged to the customer.

If the shipment is refused the customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods.

Please make sure you double-check the shipping address noted in your email confirmation as Holy Crap is unable to re-route packages.

Quality Control

Holy Crap is not responsible for damages due to shipping. All merchandise goes through strict quality control before shipping.

Holy Crap online purchases via holycrap.com If you purchased our products through our websites and you don’t like our product for any reason, ship any unopened bags to us within 30 days from the shipping date and we’ll refund your money. Unfortunately, we cannot accept opened bags for returns or refunds. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. 

Retail Store Purchases If you purchased our products at a retail store and you are not satisfied, please return your purchase directly to the retail store, along with your proof of purchase. We regret that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges from customers that purchased our product at a retail store.  

Order cancellations are valid for 24 hours from time of order. Please contact Customer Service at Toll-Free 1-855-588-8860 (or locally at 604-886-8860) Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm PST or email orders@holycrap.com with your questions or concerns. 

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you when your refund is processed. If there is a dispute, you will be contacted immediately. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) Refunds may not show up on your account for 3 business days. If you have not received your refund after this time, first double check your bank account and credit card account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@holycrap.com.  

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@holycrap.com and send your item to:

Gifts Proof of purchase is necessary for all refunds. All online purchases will be refunded through the payment method used to pay for the original purchase.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
