FREE SHIPPING in CANADA for orders over $49.
Canadian orders under $50 are shipped at a flat rate of $8.

International orders (outside of Canada and the USA) are shipped from our Gibsons, BC warehouse. Email customer service to inquire about shipping rates.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding national Holidays. Orders are shipped the business day after you receive an email receipt for your order confirmation.
We ship for FREE with a $49 minimum order within Canada via Canada Post . (We reserve the right to ship via another carrier.) Typically orders will arrive within 4-9 business days in Canada and the USA and 7-14 business days internationally.
Orders are shipped from Gibsons, BC, Canada.
Cereal products shipped are food products and not subject to taxes in Canada. Taxes are applied to taxable items and on applicable shipping costs at check out.
Orders outside Canada may be subject to other taxes, customs and duties imposed by your local government. Holy Crap is not responsible for any additional taxes, duties or customs fees charged to the customer.
If the shipment is refused the customer is responsible for cost of returning goods.
Please make sure you double-check shipping information when you place your order and when you receive your email order confirmation as Holy Crap is unable to re-route packages.
Holy Crap is not responsible for damages due to shipping. All merchandise goes through strict quality control before shipping.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept opened packages for refund.
Retail Store Purchases If you purchased our products at a retail store and you are not satisfied, please return your purchase directly to the retail store, along with your proof of purchase. We regret that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges from customers that purchased our product at a retail store.
Holy Crap online purchases via holycrap.ca or holycrap.com If you purchased our products through our websites and you don’t like our product for any reason, ship any unopened bags to us within 30 days from the shipping date and we’ll refund your money. Unfortunately we cannot accept opened bags for returns or refunds. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Order cancellations are valid for 24 hours from time of order. Please contact Customer Service at Toll Free 1-855-588-8860 (or locally at 604-886-8860) Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm PST or email [email protected] with your questions or concerns.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you when your refund is processed. If there is a dispute, you will be contacted immediately.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) Refunds may not show up on your account for 3 business days. If you have not received your refund after this time, first double check your bank account and credit card account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:
