Tip #3 Wellness
Start every day with a glass of water. Seems simple, but it really helps. You're body has just been fasting for 8 hours, so giving it one of its key components, helps your day start smoothly. I also like mixing either Holy Crap or Skinny B cereal into almond butter and having it on a piece of toast. We'll share another of Will's tips next week.
