Tip #5 Big Picture, Little Picture
It's important to be consistent and hit all of your workouts, but if you miss one or life just gets in the way, don't stress. Things happen, move on. Don't try to make it up, just continue on your planned path. That's not an excuse to miss out on a workout just because you're tired or unmotivated, but rather this mentality should help relieve the stress of missing a workout.
