Tip #9 Cross Training
Try something new. Getting bored of the same 3 types of workouts? Throw in some cross training. To keep it interesting, tailor the cross training to the season.
Winter time - try a new snow sport or a new class at the gym.
Summer time - pick a new outdoor sport that you don't know much about.
All of this gives you a chance to find new ways to work your body, challenge your mind, and keep you motivated with variety.
