Brian and Corin sold their first 10 bags of cereal - then called Hapi Food - at the Sechelt Farmer's Market in the summer of 2009. The cereal was soon renamed Holy Crap when a customer exclaimed, "Holy Crap, this is amazing!" They're still selling the same artisan-made, organic cereal they sold then, except it's now available in close to 2,000 stores across Canada and expanding into the USA.
