Not only are they full of bliss, these small balls of joy are protein-packed to give you a boost during your busy day or a hit of energy on your nature hike. Warning: So delicious you may want to double the recipe.
Recipe makes approx. 12-15 bliss balls
🍪 24 pitted dates
🍪 2 Tbsp Holy Crap cereal (any)
🍪 3 Tbsp nut butter (any)
🍪 2 Tbsp shredded coconut + additional for rolling
🍪 1-2 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
▶︎ Add all ingredients (except for rolling coconut) into food processor (Can be done in batches).
▶︎ Blend for approx 45 seconds, or until all ingredients have formed into a loose crumble.
▶︎ Remove to a plate, add chocolate chips and combine into mixture.
▶︎ Form balls into about 1 inch each, rolling into hand to create desired shape.
▶︎ Roll each ball into shredded coconut on a plate.
▶︎ Place bliss balls onto plate and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove and place into an airtight container.
Bliss balls will last several days in fridge, or up to 1 month in the freezer.
