- 2 Tbsp (30 mL/28 g) Holy Crap or Skinny B cereal
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup (120 mL - 180 mL) of plain yogurt (see Tip below)
- Optional topping: fresh fruit, nuts, maple syrup, etc
- Stir cereal into yogurt
- Let sit for 5 minutes
- Stir again and enjoy!
Tip: For this method where the cereal is not pre-soaked in 4 Tbsp (60 mL) of water for 5 minutes, it is best to use a yogurt with a thin consistency. The cereal quickly absorbs moisture from the yogurt, therefore a thick yogurt (like Greek-style) aren't suitable for this method.
