Batch Method - Serving Tip

Save time and pre-soak a week’s worth of Holy Crap cereal. Pre-soaking means you don’t have to soak individual servings every morning. The seeds will be tender and the dried fruit plump and delicious. You’ll just scoop out a serving of your pre-soaked cereal and mix with your favorite yogurt or non-dairy milk and fruit.

Directions

  1. Empty bag of cereal into a large bowl.
  2. Gently stir in water.
  3. Let sit for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  4. Store in refrigerator in covered glass container.
  5. To serve, scoop 1/4 cup of the pre-soaked cereal into a bowl. Add yogurt (or your favorite non-dairy or dairy milk) and fruit.
  6. 1/4 cup of pre-soaked cereal is equal to our recommended serving size of 2 Tablespoons dry cereal soaked with 4 Tablespoons of water.
