    Great product

I tried the Dragon Mix (Apple cinnamon) before with vanilla yogurt and it was delicious. I couldn't find the product in the stores in Ontario, so I ordered it from BC. The product was delivered within a week and now I have it every morning. Even if you don't have any digestion problems, it is a good, healthy breakfast.
