Loved the book. Lots of ideas, and one I'm definitely going to try, but I must tell you, I'm a budding nutritionist and I used your Holy **** and Skinny-B to make two new treats: A Chocolate Protein Bar and a Chocolate Crunch Bar. You see, sugar, stevia, erythritol just do not blend into baking chocolate. They're water soluble and chocolate has no water content, just lipids. So, we just added some almond flour, Holy ****, and ground flax and then it thickened up and held the sweetener. We could have done it with just a bit of almond flour and the Holy ****...but we were experimenting. Love your stuff...love the book...thank you! Good experience with products ... love the recipe for granola ... made it right away. Husband is Gluten Sensitive (confirmed by biopsy) so we are being pro-active in reducing gluten intake now so it doesn't become more serious... I am also reducing gluten intake. I have also passed information about your products on to people we know that are full blow Celiac...
