I started eating Holy **** at 9 months pregnant to help keep me feeling full and to maximize my gut health in preparation for baby. I’ve since eaten the oatmeal everyday and swear that is has helped me recover post partum! It’s a must for keeping me well fed for those long nights of breastfeeding!!! Love it and will be a long term customer!!!!
