I absolutely love my Holy **** Cereal in my yogurt and fruit every morning. It holds me till noon with no hunger cravings in between. Low Cal so I like that too!
Excellent so easy
I add a heaping Tablespoon of Skinny B to my overnight oatmeal and frozen fruits. Add hot water, cover and place in the fridge. In the morning, stir and microwave for 2 minutes. Add milk and enjoy.
I love the Natural Holy ****. I add it to my yogurt int he monring along with some fruit and nuts. It carries me through till lunch no problem. I love it because of the low calorie count.I like the idea that I am consuming less sugar.
Mixes well with oatmeal cereal !
