INGREDIENTS

🥣 2 Tbsp Holy Crap Apple Cinnamon, Natural Superseed Blend, or Blueberry Apple

🥣 ½ - ¾ cup of plain yogurt (see tip below)

🥣 Optional toppings: fresh fruit, nuts, maple syrup 

 

DIRECTIONS

▶︎ Stir cereal into yogurt

▶︎ Let sit for 5 minutes

▶︎ Stir again and enjoy!


Tip: For this method where the cereal is not pre-soaked in 4 Tbsp of water for 5 minutes, it is best to use a yogurt with a thin consistency. The cereal quickly absorbs moisture from the yogurt, therefore a thick yogurt (like Greek-style) isn't suitable for this method.
