Are 2 tablespoons REALLY enough for my breakfast?
2 tablespoons of Holy Crap Cereal or Skinny B cereal expands when hydrated to make a much larger volume serving that will make you feel full and satisfied through to lunch time.
Add 1/4 cup of water to 2 tablespoons of Holy Crap cereal or 1/2 cup of water to 2 tablespoons of Skinny B cereal. (Skinny B requires more liquid as it contains a higher concentration of chia seeds. Chia absorbs 9 X’s its size in liquid.)
Stir gently and let sit for 5 minutes. You’ll see the cereal expand nearly twice its volume as the seeds absorb the water.
1 package of Holy Crap or Skinny B (8 oz/225g) mixed with 3 cups of water will create 1 liter (1000 g) of hydrated cereal or eight 1/2 cup (120g) servings.
Add your favorite yogurt, milk or non-dairy beverage and fruit to mix in with the cereal.
Almond milk and fruit are shown here mixed in with Holy Crap cereal. The 2 tablespoons of cereal, with almond milk and fruit, are now a 1 cup serving!
