FNH, CHN\n \nSERVINGS: 4 \nINGREDIENTS\n🥬 1 Tbsp coconut oil\n🥬 3 Tbsp chopped onion\n🥬 ¾ cup brown basmati rice cup\n🥬 2\/3 cup vegetable stock cup\n🥬 2\/3 cup water\n🥬 ¼ cup white wine (or substitute more vegetable stock)\n🥬 ½–¾ tsp salt\n🥬 2 Tbsp Holy Crap Natural Superseed Blend\n🥬 1\/3 cup coconut milk\n🥬 2 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese\n🥬 1 cup chopped baby spinach leaves\n🥬 Sliced green onions (or fresh herbs), for garnish\n \nDIRECTIONS\n\n▶︎ Heat the coconut oil in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until translucent. Stir in the rice and cook, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes. Add the stock, water, wine, and salt, mix well, and bring to a rolling boil while stirring. Cover and reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 25 minutes until all the water is absorbed. (Check the rice after 20 minutes, then every 5 minutes until it is done.)\n\n▶︎ Fold in the Natural Superseed Blend cereal, coconut milk, cheese and spinach leaves.
