Crunchy Cashew Detox Salad

The perfect combination of flavours, texture, and nutrients! 

 

INGREDIENTS

🥬 4 cups of mixed greens (spinach, arugula, kale, cilantro, mint)

🥬 1 cup of shredded green cabbage

🥬 1 cup of fresh parsley

🥬 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast

🥬 1/4 cup of water

🥬 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil

🥬 2 tbsp of tahini

🥬 1 tsp of honey

🥬 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar

🥬 Juice from 1 lemon

🥬 1/2 cup roasted cashews (we used unsalted)

🥬 1 tbsp of Holy Crap Natural Superseed Blend

🥬 1 tsp sesame seeds

 

DIRECTIONS

▶︎ Place washed mixed greens into a large salad bowl, or individual serving bowls.

▶︎ Blend together parsley, nutritional yeast, water, oil, tahini, honey, lemon, vinegar, and lemon juice.

▶︎ In a medium bowl add shredded cabbage, and pour blended dressing over and combine.

▶︎ Place dressed cabbage over mixed greens, and add cashews.

▶︎ Sprinkle over Holy Crap Natural and sesame seeds 

▶︎ Add a sliced avocado for creaminess or YamChops hemp "parmesan"!

Make 2 servings.
