Mango Carrot Smoothie

Naturally sweet and delicious, this smoothie is a great year-round option, but it’s particularly good on dark and dreary days when the bright-orange colour provides a welcome lift.

SERVINGS: 2 glasses

INGREDIENTS

🥭 1 cup water

🥭 ¼ cup Holy Crap Natural Superseed Blend

🥭 3 cups frozen mango chunks

🥭 2 cups fresh carrot juice 

 

DIRECTIONS

▶︎ Pour the water into a bowl, stir in the Natural Superseed Blend cereal, and let sit for 5 minutes.

▶︎ Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
