Matcha is a shade-grown green tea in which the stems and veins are removed and the rest of the leaf is ground to a powder. - ½ cup (120 mL) water
- ¼ cup (60 mL/45 g) Skinny B cereal
- 1 cup (250 mL) frozen vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup (250 mL) unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp (10 mL) green matcha powder
- Pour the water into a bowl, stir in the Skinny B cereal and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
