Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of rolled oats (use Gluten Free oats)
  • 2 Tablespoons Skinny B
  • 3/4 cup of water
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup of almond milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
Directions
  1. Combine rolled oats and Skinny B cereal in a small bowl and add 3/4 cup of water, stir and let sit for 5 minutes
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pre-soaked oats and Skinny B in a blender
  3. Blend until smooth
