What a great way to have your morning oats - in a Banana Oat smoothie! It's the ultimate breakfast to go with a boost of nutrients from Skinny B cereal. Keep a supply of peeled frozen bananas on hand to add a cold creaminess to all your smoothies.

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (120 mL/70 g) Holy Crap Plus Gluten Free Oats
  • 1½ cups (350 mL) water
  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • 1½ cups (350 mL) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup (250 mL) ice cubes
  • Fresh fruit, for garnish
Directions
  1. Place the Holy Crap Plus Gluten Free Oats in a medium bowl, add the water and stir well. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Place all the ingredients, except the fruit garnish, in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into glasses, garnish with fresh fruit and serve.
