- 1/4 cup of rolled oats (use Gluten Free oats)
- 2 Tablespoons Skinny B
- 3/4 cup of water
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 3/4 cup of almond milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Combine rolled oats and Skinny B cereal in a small bowl and add 3/4 cup of water, stir and let sit for 5 minutes
- Combine remaining ingredients and pre-soaked oats and Skinny B in a blender
- Blend until smooth
